Using Water-Scrum-Fall empowers our Zero Tolerance for mistakes

Developing and implementing essential applications is a complex matter. As we operate with a zero-tolerance for mistakes solutions must be thoroughly designed and validated before starting the development process. The classic “new-school” agile approach is therefore less desirable as it will lead to chaotic development with too many redos burning the budget unnecessarily.

We, therefore, use the “Water-Scrum-Fall” aka. “Wagile” which we have found to work extraordinarily well when working with complex user needs and strict regulations where “innovation is limited”. It ensures Strategic fit and stakeholder alignment while optimizing the budget by being flexible around user needs.
